Yes! This program is completely adaptable to all fitness levels. It's the kind of program that a beginner can jump into even if you have never worked out before or it can be scaled up to accomodate someone with a more advanced fitness level.
This is not a class. Our rolling start workouts happen all day and are accessible despite a busy schedule. This means you train on your schedule anytime during our open hours.
A trainer is with you every step of the way. This is a done for you program. You don't have to figure out what to do or how to do it because our coaches are going to make sure you're working out at the appropriate intensity and with proper form.

This will give you a great idea of the kind of program we offer, the variety and type of workouts you can expect, and the type of coaching we provide. No matter if you have had a previous injury or surgery, this program can be adapted to most everyone. Under certain conditions someone may need a very custom program due to limitations but we would recommend that after assessing and working with you. This program is not like CrossFit. You will never run, and you'll never put a barbell over your head or on your back at Hiit 10 Fitness. You don't need to in order to get in the best shape of your life. This program incorporates exercises that are easily scaled for everyone and most of all have a low risk to high reward of performing them. Check out our member results to see what's possible.
