It all started when I was personal training and realized a couple things: at $60/hour, there was a very specific type of client who could A) afford the personal training services and B) stick with it long enough to see the desired results.
1:1 training was incredibly effective, but it was also costly and time-consuming. So, for most people the results 1:1 training delivered were out of reach and unsustainable.
I wanted to change that. I wanted to bring the 1:1 feel, without the 1:1 price point. And without the fixed-schedule appointments, both for me, and my clients.
